BEE an Author Workshop

Join our hive and let’s write a novel together.

Calling all would-bee authors!

Have you ever (more likely always) wanted to be an author? Here’s your chance. Join a group of like-minded individuals with hidden talent in a workshop with one goal: to write and publish a novel.

Why this workshop and how is it different?

We have one objective: to see this in a well-written book with an ISBN and a copyright.

I remember the excitement in the young woman’s question. “Does this mean we will be published?” It was during a writing group session where a writing prompt generates a few hundred words by each person. The leader wanted to create a pamphlet of the works. No, that doesn’t make you an author. ☹

I thought, what if it did? How can all these people that want so deeply to author a book find success? The roadblocks vary, but are common: I don’t know how, procrastination, fear of failure, there’s just too much to do, organization, it’s not finished (and never is), etc.

I’m Paul—I’ve self-published two novels and I’m working on my third in the series. I’m not an expert, but I have a passion for helping others learn and grow. It’s my mantra: Think, Grow, Enjoy. I want to make others think about possibilities, grow in knowledge, and enjoy the journey.

This workshop is a new journey for me, an experiment. We will come together on a genre, story, characters, plot, theme, world and settings. We will then write a novel, chapter by chapter… and publish it. That’s the goal. Come and help author a great story together.

Cost? It’s FREE!

…because honestly, I can’t guarantee this is going to work. This is a grand experiment based on a crazy idea and my desire to give back to the community. Let’s do our best and see what happens. The good news? Some pros have proven it can be done. Check out this serial novel by NYTimes bestselling authors.
